If you 0213 part time experience is equal to one year full time working experience, then you qualify.. You need to calculate 1950 hours per year and that must be continuous

Thanks S.K,

Can you also pls tell me that, I live in Pakistan, and my case will be procesed at CHC-Isb, can my relative  from USA submit my application on my behalf. That i will send all my documents to him and he will further send it to NS after verifying every thing ?

Also is it possible that i will send my documents to my relative in USA, and he arrange DD in CAD their and then submit my documents.

Thanks for your help buddy.

They can mail your application on your behalf. You will fill application form, sign and send to your relatives in USA. They will make a DD and will attach with your forms and then will send to CIO
