I received medical request and Right of landing fee and fresh PCC on 4/1/11. All were sent on 14/1/11.

Today (20-2-11), I received letter to submit NEW application for Prmanent residence IMM0008, New Schedule 1 for self and family, New Schedule 3 Federal skilled worker.

Is it normal to ask again these documents at this late stage? I applied in Jan 2009 (NOC 4121) to London and became in process in April 2009 and remains as such till now.

Please advise as I am bit confused. I was expecting PPR. It is rather like sending a fresh application. God bless Fast Track of Canada. How long it is going to be finalinized for PPR if at all.

Not 'normal' -- but, happened with many before.
Relax... send those & await their further instuctions. U might be looking @ 2-3 months additional timeframe hence.

Don't worry. VO has requested same documents to me at the time of medical. They just want us to update our latest information through these forms. So go ahead and send those forms asap.

Vo has requested the schedule 1 form for myself along with medical,Pcc and Right of permanent landing fee. Still waiting for PPR.
