but mailing address is in my country not my sponsors address...but sponsor and applicant will receive both?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know it will be sent to both you and your sponsor. I haven't received the letter yet but my sponsor did. |

hi what is your visa office?
isn't visa office comes in the picture after nomination ? you directly submit the application to their office or online. Once you get LOA then only the VO is assigned . kindly correct me if i am wrong. Regards BK |

Hi all,

this is my timeline: Feb 2011.- mailed our application to manitoba May 2011- recieved temp file number/ same month mailed the additional documents september 2011- received LOA(we didnt received AOR-so i wonder wt OAR means..lol) dec 2011- submitted Visa application at CEM FEb 2012- received MR feb 18 2012- meds done MArch 20,2012- clnic forwarded med results to CEM PPR-?  ?? |

AOR is Acknowledgment of Receipt which is the first doc you rcv from them stating your docs are rcvd, i believe the same doc which you rcvd in My 2011.

I got the same temp file number in dec 2011 with a deadline. I submitted the required docs in the same month but still 5 months gone and I haven't received any update from them.. No LOA, No interview call..  |

" A serious question from ALL members "
I applied in MPNP General stream in dec 2010 and got my temp file number in dec 2011, My daughter and son in law sponsored me, my wife and my dependent children. I applied through snail mail.
The question :
Can my son apply though family stream (ONLINE) because this general stream is taking too much time but we don't want to quit it in the middle. Can my son apply though stream ? So he will be having 2 cases at same time. Is this possible ? He will have the same sponsors at same place.. Kindly let me know. Thank you.

if your son was ur dependent when you applied i guess CAN'T...and how can he apply under FAMILY STREAM? FS APPLIES IF YOU HAVE SIBLINGS OR PARENTS who can sponsor you--- thats my idea only...for more info..refer to manitobas website just to be sure.

Dear BK, The visa office is assigned when you apply the application to provincial nomonee or any other category. After that they process the application depends on your VO. The processing time is diffrent for each country. I hope it helps. Thanks & Gud Luck isn't visa office comes in the picture after nomination ? you directly submit the application to their office or online.
Once you get LOA then only the VO is assigned .
kindly correct me if i am wrong.

My case is under Abudhabi V.O office but my spouse do not have Residence visa for Emirates. so therefore she did Medical examination from Karachi (International Migration Center) ... In the instructions of medical examination it was mentioned that our results should be send to London medical officer... but Pakistani Medical center said that all cases will be send to New Dehli we showed them all instructions but even than they said that they will send to New Dehli and from there the result will be forwarded to the required medical officer as mentioned .... My question is that has anybody experience the same situation like this or not? Please share your experience regarding medical examination out side the country of V.O. and Will this effect to our Time line ?

hi, kami din po ganito wala ng "in process", "medical results have been received" na po since May 19, April 3 kami nagpamedical... sabi po nila di daw importante minsan nkalagay sa eCAS kasi daw po minsan delayed, pero yun din po kasi maganda way to check status ng application natin... don't worry po ok yan by the way po ano pong category kayo? pano po ba malalaman ang category? kami po kasi nakalagay naman sa LOA Manitoba Provincial Nominee, pero meron pa po bang category under nito like family,general,etc. magabbayad kasi kami sana ng RPRF nakakalito naman intructions...kayo po nakapay na RPRF? thanks po |
