God bless you  @ paichan help po regarding sa "settlement funds" pwede rin di ba na i declare ang business and property? but needed pa din ang CAD$10K na bank cert? or i a -add nalang ang total amount ng business at property para ma meet yung 10K na requirements? |

Hi Guys, according to the document check list that needs to submitted, it does not say anything about submitting the proof of funds or any letter from the bank, does that mean we dont have to show settlement funds ? Like how we had to submit the settlement funds and bank letters when we apply for nomination from MPNP? Please advise on the same, also in the new forms and document check list it does not require documents for proof of relationship in Canada either. I am confused as to what documents needs to be sent out now, please advise. Thanks Hi Manu, In my case, i have sent all proof of funds( Bank Letters) & proof of relationship as well ( however in approval letter its mentioned that we have support from a relative.) . Although its not mentioned in the checklist, but i dont think they will mind sending additional docs. rather than they ask it again, send it in advance. it will save the time to process application. do I need to print the settlement plan for my signature before uploading? or I can just fill it out then upload it to the online application. Just asking 'coz it only asks for initial.....

Hi there, I don't think settlement plan asks for any signature. As mentioned in " How to fill this form" u just need to type the answer's & upload it there. I did the same before getting LOA. Regards |

Hi there,
I don't think settlement plan asks for any signature. As mentioned in " How to fill this form" u just need to type the answer's
& upload it there.
I did the same before getting LOA.

Hey Friends,
Need Your Help....
What is the time frame for MPNP....? My Medical has been done here in Mumbai on 4th July'11 and CIC issued me a remedical which was done by me and submitted to CIC on 15th Oct'11.
My Medical have been received status is also uploaded in ECAS on 11th Nov'11. Than on 10th Nov'11 They ask me a marriage questionaire which was also submitted by me on 16th Nov'11.
But still I didnt get any updtes from them...
Can you guys please tell me what happens next..? Any Idea...?

Hi! pagkaka-alam ko, pwede mong i declare yung properties mo (my current market price evaluation dapat sya) and business mo (yung capital). Kng under ka sa general stream and hndi ka supported ng sponsor mo I guess kailangan ata yung bank cert na CAD $10k other than business and properties. Kasi kami under kami sa general stream. we included our business as short term investment and a property. hope nasahre ako sayo ha... GOd bless |

ask ko lang po baka may nakakaalam if ano gagawin namin kasi yung wife ko pregnant at nalaman lang namin after naipadala na namin ang passport for visa issueance, valid ang visa namin until july 2012... makakaapekto kaya ito sa pag alis namin or kailangan po ba ipaalam namin sa canadian embassy?....
may nabasa kasi ako na kung new born child kailangan i-declare pero wala po nakalagay if pregnant pa lang, kung ano ang gagawin?

guys..pls share your opinion..im planning to sumbit my application by next month...but my settlement funds might not be enough for my whole family (with 5 members) so i would rather decide to apply alone at this point in time...do you think i have the chance to get approval for MPNP, coz i have only CAD 10k funds right now?...thanks fpr the concern
