hello senior, as u know my sponser inteviewed last day, its mean i qualified for 55 points or is there any possibility of refusal due to lacking of points.and 2nd u got ur LOA by courier or regerterd post or by ordinory post. best wishes

I also have the same timeline as yours. I submitted my application under Family Stream on December 2009. Manitoba Immigration sent me an email informing that they sent the acknowledgement letter on 5th March to my cousin in Winnipeg (but my cousin did not receive it yet till now).

That makes 5 of us with the same timeline. Submitted mine on December 2009 and my cousin in Winnipeg got a letter from mpnp on March 2010 with file number asking for additional documents. which we were able to submit 1st week April 2010. Still waiting for the LOA.

hi. im from philippines. i submitted my application Jan.18'10 got my AOR April 27'10 dated April 14'10 with temp. file #. they did not ask for addtnl docs. my problem now is, upon reviewing my application (photo copy) i discovered that i overlook the question on page 1 of MAPP - OCCUPATION UNDER WHICH I AM APPLYING (intended occupation and education/training) i leave them blank because I thought that question is under OPTION 2: I AM APPLYING FOR CONSIDERATION UNDER STRATEGIC INITIATIVE. another one is on page 1 of APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA under question #12 EDUCATION - how many years of formal education do you have? i answered only 6yrs believing that formal education is my college degree but i checked the box for bachelor's degree for the highest education completed. Do you think those are BIG BIG mistakes that can cause a refusal for my application? I hope they would give me a chance to correct those mistakes. any one here who experience same problems?  what advice can you give me? pls pls pls. Thanks in advance...

tesmando paulay yours, We are all having the same time line. The difference only is that i didnt reciv any letter like additional documents. Hope guys we can get our loa very soon. keep on posting guys.. which stream are u applying are u bound winnipeg as well? My only problem is that about the bank certifcate because last march i went for holiday in the philippines i widraw all my money there. Then since i cameback abroad again i put some money back. Is there any problem regarding this matter?

Issah in my case my aunti reciv an acknowledgement letter in canada also, after 1 week i recib also in the philippines. Are u applying online. By the way where r u come from?

okedokjim, Maybe theres no problem for that.. Before u submitted your application your sponsor didnt reviewed that one. Maybe its not a big deal. So what you can do is that maybe you can email them regarding this matter. But i think its not a big deal.. Keep on praying..

Hi everyone i'd like to share our ( husband and i ) application timeline :

Nov. 2009 - submitted all documents
Jan. 2010 - received a letter with temporary file numbers
April 2010 - submitted additional documents and discrepancy explanation
May 2010 - our principal there in Manitoba received a call confirming some info
June 7, 2010 - just today, received the Certificate of Approval                   

*We will now submit documents to CEM. Hoping to receive medical request letter soon.
Others are receiving medical request letter in months, others in weeks only!
