sad to hear about that. in my sis nlaw's case, after ma receive ng sponsor niya ang letter of refusal, they made a letter of appeal and it was about 6 months na naka receive sila ng response from manitoba. the reason for the denial was the lack of settlement funds. so they then made an appeal by providing documents na they have opened an account and a new bank cert was attached.the decision was still a refusal since nandun sa application kit natin if you are going to back read over it, may nakalagay dun na you can only make an appeal by pointing out that the program officer made an error on his assessment. example, you provided the correct amount or even more than the minimum settlement fund. so parang, kinokorek mo sila. but if the reason of the appeal is to substantiate the reason of denial by attaching new documents then di nila ina accept yun. thats what happened with my sis nlaw.but you can still reapply. hwag kang mawawalan ng pag asa.

 share ko lng yung sa amin ng hubby ko kasi nong nag apply kami sya yung principal sponsor, pro ako yung my kamag anak sa manitoba n nag sponsor sa amin, sya yung pinag apply ko kasi mas malakas ang loob nya at mas magaling sya makipag usap, at  that time sya yung my work, kasi kakapanganak ko palang non. but nung dumating yung approval namin ako n yung principal sponsor. as long as pareho ninyo na meet yung requirements i think ether of you walang problema, wag k kabahan as long as ipinasa nyo lahat yung requirements at pareho kayong qualified no big deal. but still keep on praying kasi baka may pag kaka iba rin tayo but dont loose hope.

pro yung sa situation n may kamag anak kayo sa ibang province hindi ko po yun masasagot not sure about that sorry.

hi! ganun po ba? naku baka naghigpit sila talaga. yung isa ko kasing tiyahin, pinsan ng mom ko paalis na ngayong may, e ganun din ang ginawa nila, wala din sila ganung halaga kaya nagprovide lang sila ng bank account na may laman then un tita ko na sponsor din namin ang pumirma ng MAS nila.
kaya nagtataka din sila dun bakit kami na-refuse. anyway, pwede pa naman daw mag-apply after six months. kelangan lang makalikom tayo ng ganung halaga..un ang malaki pang question mark on my part  how about you? are you still applying?

 @  CMV, just keep believing that everything will be alright.  On of my daughters also undergone a repeat xray, lordotic view and in God's grace nasubmit na din lahat ng clinic yung result namin sa embassy.

Just follow all the requirements of the clinic and everything will be okay,,have more patience, ginagawa lang siguro ng clinic ang lahat para maging maayos ang results para wala ng hassle pag dating sa embassy.

    i really dont know my chances yet,, i dont know if having a file number is an assurance of approval,, basta ako with my family we keep on praying.
but as i have said,, our relatives told us that it is a positive result,, with the help of god,, im optomistic,, with due respect to you,, what is your application status.
