Hi all! I'm preparing to apply to Manitoba under general stream. I've got two friends there. One agreed to sign MAS(Affidavit of Support) but the other one have not decided yet because his son is under petition(I believe)....I think he heard somewhere that there is a limit in the number of MAS one can give out... Is this true? Can anyone tell me when I can find reliable information on this? please...  THANK YOU. |

hi ogboy.... did u receive ur AOR and request for additional documents? my timeline... January 14, 2009- application submitted to MPNP March 26, 2009- received a filenumber from MPNP Feb 2, 2010 - LOA from MPNP April 6, 2010- Original docs and processing fee submitted to CEM May 4, 2010 - Received AOR, File number and request to pay RPRF { **CEM returned originals docs. (but not all)} May 10 2010- Submitted additional docs and RPRF.... and now waiting for medical request.... Goodluck to all of Us...  hi sharonjoyd, No, not yet. But I'm expecting it within this month. By the way, what are the additional docs CEM requested to you? |

hi additional doc requested is the IMM 0008(01-2009) E schedule 1 the updated form { 11. Personal History of my husband and the payment of RPRF. you know I submitted all original documents as listed in the checklist though it says that the only requirements needed is in column P, because I read a post that some immigration officer is not satisfied with the docs submitted. regards... |

hi to everyone, I want to share our timeline ,we are a family of 7,and my husband is the principal applicant being sponsored by our sister in law under mpnp family support.we started submitting our doc as follows: nov 2008-sent application in manitoba through my sister in law feb 2009-received letter of acknowledgement,temporary file no.,missing doc mar 2009-sent missing doc jan 2010-received letter of approval feb 9,2010-sent doc in makati,mla+processing fee mar 4,2010-received letter of receipt,med req,missing doc mar 15,2010-medical done and sent missing doc as of now we are waiting for our passport req. I hope our timeline will be helpful to all.

It took 14 mos.to be approved since we started sending our doc. to mpnp. Started Nov 2008-jan 2o10.
Others are fast than ours,some 8 mos.,9mos,10m0s.only.
