korek! dapat open to ideas and new information talaga. kasi importante na yung alam natin naa-update based sa kung ano na ang pinakabago. change/s really happen sa processes and procedures ng application. we should accept that. what we may know NOW may be different na next time so yung mga newbies na may kakaibang experiences compared sa mga nakukwento namin, don't hesitate to share and inform the others as well!  this is true, sana lang di magbago mga classmates natin dito. Everyone should assist and inspire each one especially newbies who still needs some guidance. yung isang forum nga, i never visited anymore kasi some of them dahil sila nauuna ayaw nila yung give ka advise contradict doon sa idea nila na obsolete na. but here everyone's feel at home.  |

in my opinion lang po, advantage kung i declare mo na ngaun, mkakasabay mo na asawa mo going to canada, after medical nya syempre, pero madedelay din ang alis mo.. months maybe... on the other hand, pag dating mo naman dun bago mo declare, pwede din naman sya sumunod.. but i guess kung balak mong mauna, hintayin mo muna ang visa mo before you get married.. kasi di ba we are suppossed to let them know of any changes in the family setup hangat di pa na stamp ang visa.... what will happen kung may visa ka na, siguro in a month jan na yon, saka ka nag pakasal, ur spouse can follow you in canada, around 6 months.. ganun din nangyari sa sister ko... nakuha nya naman kagad spouse nya.. medical lang..... ok God bless! gud day po sa lahat ask ko lang po narisib ko na po ang ppr ko, gusto ko na po iforward sa embasy sa monday, di po ba ako magkakaproblema kasi ikakasal po ako next week ang balak ko pagnagland na ako sa canada doon ko po iuupdate ang civil status ko.  |

i agree to pinoy2manitoba..just be true sa lahat ng dinedeclare mo sa embassy..bka mging grounds yan na pabalikin ka sa pinas pg nalaman nila n married ka..parang i heard a lot of cases nga n ganyan eh..sa vancouver immigration palang nde n nkapasok sa canada kc me mga discrepancies sa mga family info nila.. just pray for God's wisdom sa mga decisions mo.. Thank you po, ok lang po ba kong ipapasa ko ang passport ko pagkatapos ng kasal ko, para bago po tatakan ang passport ko ay naka declare na may asawa na ako dun sa appendix A. |

anu po pala ang kailangan kung isama na papers pagkakasal ko bukod po sa Passport, Marriage Licence at appendix A, maykailangan pa po ba akong attachment, kailangan ko narin po bang magforward ng bagong Aplication for Permanent Resident Form na marriage na status ko at Additional Background Information. |

sa appendix a.. oo ilagay mo dun ung spouse and dependents mo.. pero di iyan ang official way to declare that you got married.. you have to email them.. saka sa pag send mo ng passport sa kanila di kailangan ng other attachement aside from what's asked from you.. passport, picture and appendix a lang ang ipapadala mo.. Thank you po, ok lang po ba kong ipapasa ko ang passport ko pagkatapos ng kasal ko, para bago po tatakan ang passport ko ay naka declare na may asawa na ako dun sa appendix A.

just email them first and most probably they'll let you know what to do..
