Hi Iab03... sa tingin ko gayahin mo style ni gingerrific ung pasimple lang.... inform them that you have done your medical on Oct (or you were advised that the result have been forwarded to CEM) and you are hoping that you have received the result (or you would like to confirm if they have received the result) and you may ask how much time does it take for the clinic to forward the medical result.. parang subtle way of asking.. hello po! nung oct pa ko pa medical bakit la pa PPR!!! he he or derechohin mo nalang kaya?! he he naku sana dumating na PPR mo!!! |

hi rose, dun sa visa namin nakalagy date of issuance is Jan 13, 2011 expiry date: july 21, 2011 (the day we did our medical at Nationwide) nway goodluck... |
