@ ice victoria, Thanks sis, oo nga sobrang tagal ko naghintay yun pala JAN6 pa sent na ang MR namen! To those who are waiting for MR i suggest do follow up na at CEm thru email, but in a nice way . Open ba ang CEM even on sat? we wanted to go there na personally tom. @ okidokjim, Thanks for all the advices

I just need to repost this as guide for everone c/o JANMYUNG
To save time:
1. Magdala ng madaming ballpen at water therapy.
2. Dalhin lahat ng medical certs kung applicable, previous xray kung me previous case ng PTB or exposure sa PTB. Dalhin din ang vaccination record ng mga bata. "Eyeglasses dalhin din."
3. Kung nagkaperiod ka ( female ) make sure na pumunta ka after 7 days ng iyong last day
4. Mag pa picture na sa labas, 4x passport size lang kelangan, meron naman sa 4th floor kaso hintayin mo pa.
5. Hawakan ang inyong passport at yung ibibigay na checklist sa step 3 at all time
Eto step-by-step
1. Punta sa counter kuha ng forms
2. Fill up ng sangkatutak na forms at ipaste ang mga pictures, i sign na rin ang pictures
3. Punta sa table 2 para ma assess ang forms, bibigyan ka ng ID at checklist
4. Hintayin tawagin para magbayad
P4,000 15-above
P2,000 11-14yrs old
P1,750 11 below
5. Eye checkup, weight, height
6. Interview ng doc, undress para ma checkup ( CPE )
7. Xray
8. Urine at Blood
9. Tatawagin ka sa table 3 kung ok na tapos uwi ka na
10. Bigay ang checklist at id sa lobby
Medyo mahirap pala hanapin ang building kasi nakatakip ang bldg number. Hanapin nyo na lang slimmers world, tabi lang non.

redge, yung sa MR ko nakalagay 2500 plus 1000 sa HIV kaya 3500 total, pero sa mga postings laging 4000 ang nababasa ko. Pero anyway need naman talaga to bring extra money just in case. |

Hi everyone,
I emailed CEM yesterday regarding our MR, they replied that our MR was sent last JAN6 pa.. Oh my GOd its been so long, until now we haven't received anything i even followed up at our post office. Please advice us what to do. Sine the MR was sent JAN 6 pa how long was the validity of the MR.. Thank you, and Thank God also!
30 days yan alam ko, pero pag delayed mo nareceive, you can inform CEM naman thru email to ask for an extension. naku... baka mis-sent nga ang nangyari sister. i was talking to my friendship mr. postman the other day and namention nya sa akin na maximum 2 weeks lang daw ang delay or pag-tengga ng mga sulat sa kanila. if it takes more than that, could be nga daw na namis-sent sa maling post office ang letter. yung sa akin, until today wala pa rin nareceive sa bahay namin. ang worry ko naman sa case ko is, tatlong subdivision ang may kapangalan ng subdivision namin. 1, 2 and 3 lang ang distinction. magkahiwalay ng town, pero same province. ang hirap ng ganito talaga, dapat proactive ka din kahit pa sabihin ng CEM na wag mo sila kulitin on their correspondences.  |

I just read from the previous page stating that Effective Jan.4, 2011 CEM office hour will be:
Mon. - Thu. 9am - 1:30 pm
Fri. - 9am - 12 noon
So to be safe sis We will be there early morning of monday.

Anyways, para sa medical fee sa Nationwide, its P4000 for 15- above, and P1750 for 5-10, We just had our medical exam kanina and an additional pala of P50 for courier fee. When everything was done, they said wait till you hear from us in 2-3 weeks if there is a need for a retest OR if no call/text/message, results will be forwarded to the Embassy. Guys who had theirs before, can you comment on this please...
