MPNP--Manitoba application track

Hello guys,
I would respect any advices you give me regarding my situation described below.

I am under a study permit in Manitoba (English as a second language program).
I sent application for Permanent Resident to Buffalo office in September, 2010 (I got a certificate through General Stream Manitoba).

My Study Permit is expired on March, 2011 and I don't think they will extend it again if I apply for extending.

My guestions are:
1) Are there some other ways how to stay in Canada legally until I receive my PR?
2) Can I apply for visitor status for waiting for the PR?
3) If I go home to Ukraine, What will happen with my application in Buffalo office?
    How should I notify them about my going to Ukraine?
4) How it situation can influence my application (time and decision)

query lang po, kailangan bang i inform ng applicant ang CEM kung kelan natapos ang medical exam or automatic na ang accredit clinic (like nationwide) ang mag inform sa CEM?

I read somewhere a person got refused because his real brother live in Toronto although he have sufficient points for Manitoba General Stream.
•   I have a situation my spouse brother live in Toronto
•   My maternal uncle lives in Montreal.
Does it means my case also denied?

make sure you have passports xerox copy and your pictures are not red background in addition to what we have read. And I hope konti lang during your medical day, kami inabot apat na oras last feb2.

Can i ask, anu mga needed info sa forms pag nag pa medical? do we need to bring yung copy ng filled up application forms? mejo mahina kc memory ko sa ganyan eh....Thanks

Do you mean yung green medical forms with the MR?
no need to bring copy or filled it up para sa physician yata mga yun, you will fill several other forms to be given by your medical clinic.

just a thought of your situation, i guess if you're applying under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program at least you have a relative or a friend who are in Manitoba and cite it in your application (it would be an advantage). I guess it is better to apply where your relative or friend is. However, if you already applied under Manitoba PNP find a friend you know that already in Manitoba. This is just a thought, the decision is still yours.

oo nga 10days lang ako eh
siguro pag may ppr na pede na kmi exit.
meantime tiyaga pa mahirap maubusan and in preparation din.

Yes its true if they think u will move to some other state then they refuse case..Its best don't mintion abt ur brother.

I know 1 person who visit 2 canada (Toronto). They declined his case becuase they think they will not stay in Manitoba

yup, nalaman din namin that same day.. may UTI nga ako..need to undergo medication pa.. naku madedelay na application namin.. at sana wag na kami abutan ng pagbagal ng processing.. heheh..

thanks..iwent to my doctor friday 20-30 wbc.. he gave me antibiotics for 3 days.. kanina bumalik ako.. 30-40 na.. mas tumaas pa.. tom urine culture aako and by wednesday ultrasound at another 7 days antibiotics

worry ko po is, pinapabalik ako ng Nationwide this week for repeat urinalysis.. and baka this thursday magkarron na po monthly visit?? pwede po kayang ipadelay ko pag balik nationwide ..like for example next week na lang??

that's good. It is fist come first serve basis. You can go there early, then fill out many forms. I went there at 7am, but they let me in at 7:30, I fill out the form and submit it to the counter for their encoding, i was No.1 there so I finished in less than an hour. You can find more info about this medical on the other thread, in this site forum also.

I am planning to have my medical this week... God willing, hopefully I will be able to go this coming Saturday for my medical.
