Hi guys..

Just wanna update my application track:

April 2008         -  Submitted the MPNP application (Manitoba)
August 2009      - Received a letter of approval as Manitoba nominee & application for permanent resident package
Oct. 14, 2009    - Submitted the required documents together with the processing fee & landing fee
Nov. 6, 2009     - Received letter from embassy to submit police clearance
Dec. 15, 2009   - Received medical request
Dec. 17, 2009   - Took medical exam
Dec. 18,2009    - Additional Medical test done
Jan. 5 & 12, 2010 - Medical Clinic forwarded the medical results to the embassy
March 4, 2010 - Received the PPR from CEM
March 13 - send the passports to CEM

Question:

1. Does the PPR means APPROVED?
2. How long will it takes to return the passports with visa stamped.

Thanks,
candy

hi sammy,

I received the PPR via registered mail. They are asking for the machine readable passport (the red passport), 2 recent photographs & form to be completed by the principal applicant. The required documents should be submitted within 45 days. Hope you receive your PPR soon, just wait & pray.. Wink

Thanks,
Candy

Hi guys...

I am under Manitoba PNP family stream with a family of 4. We already received our PPR last March 4, and right now we are just waiting for the passports with visa stamped on it.

Question:

1. Do we need to bring a show money?
2. How much should we prepare for it?
3. Should we bring it in dollars alone or with bank certificate?
4. Do we need to change it in Bank draft or international cheque?

Thanks,
candy

Hi candy13,

I received my PPR last feb 19 and passed to CEM last Feb 24, we are also awaiting for our visa..we have the same concern and i ask my cousin about it. He told me that I should bring the money that I declared in my application and it would be much better if it will be thru bank draft.  When do you plan to leave?
