kinda busy the past days. update ko lang kayo may email na ang embassy sakin last sept. 3 may passport request na ako at naipadala ko na the following day. now, im just waiting for the return of my passport with my visa attached there hopefully.

keep on praying... darating na rin ang matagal ng inaasam

Paano kung August 25 ko napadala sa CEM... okay lang cguro sa mga naka submit before june 26  huhuhu...... worried May I please know when were you able to submit to CEM?

Guys, I think our applications are not affected by the new change. Please read below. I got this in canada immigration news.

These new Ministerial Instruction will affect you only if you applied on or after June 26, 2010. If your application was received before June 26, 2010, it will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

Nasa post office na cguro yung MR nyo, mabagal kasi talaga post office kami nga eh June 29 date ng MR pero we received it July 12 oh diba ang tagal (2 weeks delayed)?... God Bless evryone!

Hi everyone, im new to the forum pero nakita ko dami useful info dito...tsaka dami rin waiting for medical. Kami rin kasi we submitted RPRF and additional documents last August 2010 and still hoping din na darating ang MR namin...yung MR ba usually eh sa regular post? kala ko kasi email din? makikita rin ba yan sa online application status? hindi kasi ako masyadong kilala sa mailing address ko, worried lang kami.

want to update our timeline,so that you will have idea kung gaano katagal maghintay:

n0v 2008-sent doc to manitoba through my sister in law
jan 2009-received letter of acknowledgement,missing doc.
mar 2009-sent missing doc
jan 2010-received letter of approval
feb 13,2010-submitted application of pr to cem w/processing fee and rpr fee
mar 4,2010-received letter of receipt,medical req,missing doc
mar 15,2010-medical done at timbol's clinic,submitted missing doc
mar 30,2010-timbol's clinic submitted our med results to cem
sept 2,2010-received ppr through email 11am.
sept 5,2010-submitted pp to cem through lbc
sept 17, still waiting pp w/visas from cem

kaya peeps,dont worry darating din hinihintay nyo,coz our category is 11mos processing.noting to worry
be patience.do you see our passport req? it came after 5 mos and 2days after our med. results submitted to cem.
I THINK,CASE TO CASE basis lang yan.merong mabilis merong mabagal.my sis in law who is also mpnp nauna pa sa amin,pero nauna pa kmi nagpamedical sa kanila.kahapon ang flight nila,kami waiting pa sa mga pp w/ visas.

 @ re-lax - it depends. merong email and meron din by mail. sa amin is valenzuela city pero by mail lagi ang padala nila sa akin kaya delayed palagi ng 2 weeks. kapag wala problem sa docs mo eh after 2 weeks to 1 month eh may MR na but still case to case basis. wait lang talaga.

Don't worry, we, applicants who submitted or filed their application before June 2010 are not affected by the new immigration law.  In our case, we have already the approved nomination.
Re our papers, we have not submitted yet to CEM kasi I'm still waiting for the orig cert of employment of my brother. I have the scanned copy, but I want to submit the orig. Other requirements like tax assessment, proof of billing and canadian ID are all scanned.  I need 3 proofs kasi from my brother that he and family are still in Manitoba, these requirements are in the checklist.  Let's continue praying for the smooth processing of our papers.
