hi okidokjim, You can use the link for the copy of checklist, for Provincial nominee, you have to follow what's on the P column, however some documents are also needed even it is not under P column like education, employment and proof of funds. It means you also have to send to CEM your diploma, TOR or certificates, COE or letter of reference, police certificates and bank certificate. I might miss some stuff, kindly refer to the checklist. Check the visa specific guide... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37025.pdfOther docs that they may ask: 1. Diploma & TOR, original is preferable 2. What I did was, I arranged the documents based on the checklist, then I use 1 paper clip to compile all the docs, so that it will be easy for the examiner to check the docs. Same thing I did when I submitted my application to MPNP.

Good luck to all,
CAn anyone plzzz advice me, should we need to send police clearance certificate and proof of fund whn we apply first for PNP ? or these are needed only after Approval . wht are the documents which are not in checklist need to be submitted for PNP ? to get approval.

Hi Paullay Yap,I think You hav to update the CEM regarding ur applictn, nd photos since its more tHN 6 MONTHS NA. It's the NBI clearance from the Philippines that u hav to submit, Police from other countries u been to in the past.... Godluck TES Hello all,
Anybody please advise....... do i need to submit a new Schedule 1 to CEM or ok na ba yung na fill up ko that time i submitted to mpnp?... (yung sa personal history page kasi nun... last entry was November 2009 because i submitted december 2009) Also the pictures of me and my family attached, they were all taken December 2009..... (more than 6 months na)... those were the pictures i attached in the application form which i photocopied and sent to mpnp last december... ...should i get new photos and change the ones attached or okay na ba yun?.... as i know kasi they are the same forms i will be submitting to CEM once loa arrives.. confused... Your replies will be of great help. Thank you very much.
