MPNP Refusal, need advise for appeal letter... HELP asap

Hi Everyone,

I got a refusal for MPNP after waiting for 9 months. I initially applied on a Family Stream and due to 'lack of work experience' they changed my application to General Stream. According to the MPNP, I am 3 points short to qualify.

My evidence of work experience were shown in hours, so it is a bit complicated. They calculated my hours as less than one year, which awarded only 2 points. However, my own calculations to the job that they worked out the hours on is more than one year. Which should have been awarded 4 points.

In addition to that, they have not calculated my other job (as I showed two jobs), which will provide another 2 points (not less than six months). Hence, I should have been awarded 6 points overall (1.5years+) which in my points will be a total of 56 points.

My employer provided me their own calculation of hours which I will be using as evidence of appeal.

How will this appeal work? Should I be sending this to MPNP Immigration office where I initially applied? And if anyone has a sample of appeal letter. Also, does anyone know or had the experience on how long this appeal will take?

If I do not hear anything from them in six months regarding appeal. I will just re-apply.

can you clarify each assesment point individualy,so then we can tell you some solution in other alternatives.Age,edu,language,experience,adaptability.....tell us in detail....
