When you receive your LOA from MPNP, there is a 6 month deadline for your application to reach CIO. It will be printed in the LOA. Here is the link that will show you the steps in applying for your permanent resident visa. You may start preparing the documents in advance while waiting for your LOA. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.aspThe document checklist will tell you what documents you need to submit to CIO. Likewise, always check and make sure you get the latest version of the checklist and other forms by visiting the website of CIC every now and then. Hope this helps! |

For those of you who were asked to submit additional documents after applying online, did you submit them by email? Or did you go thru the manitoba website again? I'm asking this because I plan to apply this coming June without IELTS results because I'll be taking the test on a later date, just in case they ask for it. But I don't want to delay my application so I'm going to submit the IELTS results as soon as I receive it.

After submitting online application you can just update your phone number, mailing address, marital status & dependents....You cant upload any document afterwards.....You have to submit each & every requested document through attachment in email....whenever you get a request of missing or additional document....MPNP gives you their exact email as well as instructions.....you just have to write your MPNP file number on each scanned document......also mention you file number in your email too (this is what I did according to their given instructions when I got add doc request) But If you want to send them a document on your own then you can get their specific email by sending an email at MPNP online help. Hi, Have you tried logging in online application, I suggest that you start making your account and start uploading the documents you have in hand already. Even if it's not complete, it will be automatically saved and you can come back later to finish it. I think the account is until 90 days (not sure need confirmation). Once you open it, you will know what are the needed documents you have to upload, and one of them is English Certification. In Step 7 I guess, a checklist will be there, and you will see from there what else missing documents you need to upload, if everything is marked "checked" then only you can click on the SUBMIT button. Good news for those who got LOA ..
Last update i heard from them was last April 18 when they provide the file number after that no more updates ... i submitted my application online last March 31 , no additional requirements ..no interview yet ,, is there anyone out there applied online and takes more than 3 months waiting for the LOA?

Or
