MPNP International Student Stream Questionaries

I have 2 questions about MPNP International Student Stream:
1. I have 1 month left to complete my 6 month working for the same employer. Other than my birth certificate what other document I have to bring from my home country when I am sending my 1st application form.
2. My employer told me they not gonna help me for any immigration purposes. Do I actually need any help from them ? Cause the requirement for this stream is to have a full time, permanent job and work for 6 months.
Any thoughts related to my questions will be highly appreciated.
