I would recommend you to have your review at 9 niner review center.
U can take ur exam at British Council and IDP Manila. Gud luck.

 @  tweety05, everstranger35, sweet darling, toyeeen, BK & krishnasvmohan - - thanks to all of you...btw, my wife (principal applicant) is required by MPNP to take the IELTS as additional requirement to be submitted on or before 12 Oct. 2012....can somebody(Filipino applicant) here inputs me on where we can review & exam here in Quezon City, Philippines?....IELTS must be accredited with Canadian immigration......please help....thanks again.

The program (MPNP) clearly states that the sponsors MUST be Monitoba residents.

Hello All,

My family is based here in Qatar and we have friends in Manitoba that will provide their MAS. We are in the process of completing our documents. We just got our Qatar issued bank certificates and employement certificates. Can I just ask the group if the notary public must be accredited by Canada or we can just have it notarized by the Philippine Embassy here? Thanks and will appreciate any feedback from the group.

Just a little reminder, you need to provide not just a certificate from the bank but rather the statements atleast 3-6 months period or transactions....for the employment certificates (i assumed these are your EC from the former employers back in the Philippines) i doubt that the Phil. Embassy in Qatar can do but you can still try, why not..better if you can call them first... good day!

Dear,

Yes you have to have strong ties in manitoba to able to apply under mpnp program. Friends in other provinces will not help. Infact its nagative impression if you have strong ties in other states and you are applying for mpnp. As mpnp promotes ppl to migrate and live in manitoba.

By the way why you are considering mpnp?

Dear,

As per discussion in same thread NOC code has no impact on the mpnp process. Its only checked for the english requirement.

  @  BK - - - my sponsor says that MPNP post via mail dated 6 July....no exact date of issue....might be earlier than 6 July....regards....will keep you inform once receive the AOR letter next week.

 @ Ms Teddy - - -i just been there in 9nine Q Ave 1 hour ago and will start review on monday....question: Is only the principal applicant requires the IELTS?....or including dependents?.....please revert...tnx
