Dear,
I agree it's not mandatory but better to have ielts test result while you are submitting your application. Because if they feel based on your background and education that you have to pass ielts then later on it will simply delay your application.

Hi BK, You're right, it's better to have the IELTS even if it is not mandatory, afterall the validity of it is 2years. In fact, I have taken IELTS exam and got my result already and had included in my application online. Actually, my brother submitted my application last september 2011 in Manitoba, they send it back to me last January 2012 asking for my IELTS and notary for the copies of my documents. Though they've seen in my work experience that I'm working in Dubai for 8years, they still asked me my IELTS band. |

Hello biddukhan I applied under (GS) General Stream. My application was submitted by my father's first cousins and they personally submit it to MPNP Office last 2/17/2012. Still waiting for AOR. |
