Hi,
Is there any one can help me out with this confusion ?
I completed my higher secondary in 2002
I started training as a Printing Machine Operator in 2002
I finished my training in 2004
I started my work after my training in 2004 till 2008.
After this I got married and I applied a student visa for Australia for Printing and Graphics Arts study.
I came to Australia in 2008 with my spouse and remain in Australia till date......
Is any body explain that I can apply for MPNP general stream, I have two friends in Winnipeg as well.
Please help me out with this.

oh my... this really worries me.. i have submitted my files initially on dec. 15 but was returned to me due to excess in fee (they wanted exact amount)...so i sent the files again on December 19, 2011 and no response until now.. i don't know how to follow up, should i call the visa office (someone said it can delay my papers)? thanks for responding
Hi. You said your application was returned to you because you paid in excess. According to what I read in CIC's website, if you paid in excess, your application will still be processed and you will be sent a refund even if you do not ask for it. However, if your payment is lacking or CIC cannot process your mode of payment, then your application shall be returned to you. The six-week period when applicants are NOT encouraged to inquire starts when CIO has received your papers and not from the time you sent them. If they gave no other reasons why they sent your papers back to you in the first place, then maybe your papers are really okay. If you are sure that it has been more than six weeks already after CIO received your application, then you may contact them. I think this will not cause an unnecessary delay in your processing. Hope this helps. |

hi stevsx , sobrang haba ng pagiintay ko, we passed our application last March 15, AOR , April 1.
ngayon lang ako nag ka LOA , Feb 2012.
