guys..tanong ko lang...mahigpit ba sila when it comes to settlement funds or show money? alam ko (for a fact) marami sa applicants ang nagamit ng "dummy" funds or hindi naman talaga legitimate na kanila yung funds kung baga pinapasok lang for that purpose...mahigpit ba sila sa verification sa banko? please share your opinions.. tanx
Hi there, first of all, I dont mean to be rude, but this forum is a very generic forum for people from around the world, so it would be great if you could speak in english that way we can all communicate to each other, with regard to your query about settlement funds, you need to show them that you have funds in your account, and the verification depends on the case officer, sometimes they might call the bank and enquire about it, sometimes they might not, I have come across a couple of situations where they have actually contacted the bank, but in my case they did not contact the bank, its always better to do things in a more ligid way, because if one person intends on giving fake documents, it affects everyone else, so try and be truthful. As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. I've read this too. But im a little confused to where should i really submit my visa application. Based from the LOA that i recieved, it is clearly stated that i should submit them to Canadian Embassy Manila, and from the MPNP update stated just now is that, i have to submit them to Nova Scotia, moreover, also from that update, it also states that Canadian Embassy Manila still accepts visa applications until March 31, 2012. To anyone who could enlighten me on this part, please do. Thank you!!!

hi auie09, be patient.. hope you will receive your LOA soon... i just recieved my LOA today dated November 20, 2011 exactly after 6 months.... I submitted my application last May 15, 2011 and received AOR May 30, 2011 and now the LOA... I'm general stream... thanks God.
Hi adg256!  We have the same timeline I submitted mine may 12, 2011 and also I am under general stream.. But in my case my sponsors not yet interview at the same time no LOA receive.. When your sponsors got interview? I really dont know what's happening in my application because I dont have relative in canada to be cause of delay. anyway congrats and god bless!  |
