bakit kaya ang tagal ng april batch? kaka praning mag antay ... yung iba mga 5 months lang may result na.. from what i read here wala pang naiinterview ulit so sabay sabay kaya ang bigay ng LOA? goodluck sa lahat... trust in God.

hi everyone,
I'm from Manitoba and I'm sponsoring my sister under the Family Stream. I submitted her application early Feb. 2011, and received her AOR March 2011. I was interviewed by MPN officer over the phone April 21, 2011, and I got her letter of approval in the mail today, dated April 27, 2011. My advice is not to state in your application any connections you have outside Manitoba, and to have an amount in your bank acct with funds over than what they require. I have an aunt in toronto, and cousins in quebec, but I told the officer who interviewed me that I don't have relatives outside Manitoba. Goodluck to all!

How long will it take to receive LOA ?

Hello dear forum members.
I have a question regarding Manitoba provincial nominee program. I have an open work permit (under IEC - working holiday program), under which I can work for almost any employer in Canada (except health, government and safety occupations) for a period of 1 year.
If I work for 6 months for employer in Manitoba and he is willing to give me a permanent position (new contract or supporting letter), is that enough for me to apply for MPNP, or that employer has to get LMO for the job position first?
One more thing! Is there any eligible occupations list which are accepted for MPNP, or any job from main Canadian NOC list is acceptable (like cleaning or warehouse jobs) ?
I just want to make a plan B if my FSW1 application fails.
