MPMP - Family Stream Application

Hello everyone.  I just want to hear from you guys with the same experience.  So I'm currentlly living in Alberta on a work visa.  I have a sister from the Philippines and she's willing to be sponsored by our first cousin from Winnepeg MB under the family stream MPNP.  I heard that it would be an issue regarding my sister's application since she has a sister in Canada but from a different province which is me and that since I'm her immediate family here in Canada,  I should be the one to sponsor her but the thing is I'm not even a PR in Canada yet.  So what do you think my sister's chances if she applied under MPNP- Family Stream?  Please share if you have the same story

best chances for your sister?  wait until you have PR and move to Manitoba .

Yes it can cause problems in the way that the officers may doubt, that your sister really will stay in Manitoba (which the PNP's are all about). I don't have any experience as such with it, but am helping as immigration/settlement officer...and that's what we are getting told. She will find a very valid reason to prove that she will stay in MB  (job offer could help).
