My girlfriend and I will be moving to Canada (where she is from, I am from the States).  We want to get married after we get there.  But an interesting question has come up.  I am currently being treated by my doctor for high cholestrol and I am on Zocor.  I did get a good report from the doctor yesterday and I may someday be able to come off the medication.  If by the time we move to Canada I am still on the medication how do I go about getting under a doctors care there for my condition ?  And if there is a long wait to see a doctor what do I do in the meantime about my medications, that is if I am still on them?  My doctor is in Texas.  Thanks

i think if you get a note from your doctor in texas; you might be able to get quick attention when you need it.

i hope u will not have to experience any delays in Canada.  all the best.
