 Hi

I  live in Manitoba and are hoping for our pr sometime soon,
Under the MPNP.
My question is can I move to another province or do I have to stay in Manitoba?
I do not want to do anything which will harm our pr..hope someone can help
With any info..thank you. Smiley

When you applied for PR under MPNP, you signed a document stating that you intend to settle in Manitoba.  In order to make good on that, you should at least make an attempt of it.

I do not think anybody would blame you if you left because you had problems finding a good job while you got a good job offer from another province.  You do however not want to make it look like you fooled MPNP into giving you a PR when you were planning on leaving the whole time.

Currently people have not been getting in trouble for leaving unless they landed outside their PNP province, not showing any intention of settling there but you never know what will happen in the future.  Some day they may also look into who got their PR through PNP and left.
