moving 401k from us to RRSP in Ca

Since a lot of them are moving from US to CA.
I have question. How do you plan to move your 401k/IRA dollars with least impact ?
There is a similar plan RRSP (think in lines of IRA) in canada ... and from a google search I do see there are tax breaks moving 401k to rrsp but not sure exactly how to do it.
