move to canada from usa

my boyfriend lives in usa I live in canada I want him to come live here we plan to
to get married I can not sponsor him what do we need to do I have children which makes it to hard for me to move there

If you want him to come to Canada but you can not sponsor him, then he must qualify to immigrate on his own.  In most cases he would need a job offer for that.  Can you help him look for a job?
