Sorry to bother everyone with all these questions =/

for my address since my 18th birthday, do i start with my current address? or the address i had since my 18th birthday?

also, on the application it says list work history since 18 birthday but in the guide it says past 10 years, which do i do?!

and for questions that it says if it doesn't apply write none in the box should I write none in all the boxes of that section or all the boxes to be safe?

You are to start with the most RECENT information and work your way backwards.

Usually the region specific guide takes precedence over the generic form.

When I put in my US addresses, I put in the street address on the main line, then the state in abbreviated form with the ZIP code and country  in the boxes provided.  I'm fairly sure they are familiar with the abbreviations for the States, so I didn't think it would hurt to shorten those so I could include the ZIP.

It wasn't the region specific guide it was this guide  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3999E4.asp
