Well ive been away from Canada for about 3 years, actually its 3 years in December, i was told that i had to come back.

Is there a way my mom can go to Canada and do some kind of paperwork so i dont need to go back? we dont got enough money for both of us to go there and i really want to keep my resident status, I just turned 18 so i guess its harder cause im not a minor anymore but please answer i really need to get this to work.

Thanks in advance

You must go to Canada and reside there for the next 2 years to maintain your PR status.

It's not enough to fill out paperwork to keep your PR status.  You have to actually live in Canada for at least 2 out of every 5 years.  If you can only afford one plane ticket, you have to decide which one of you is going to go.  If your mother goes, is she actually going to stay for 2 years to keep her status?  If she keeps her status, maybe she can sponsor you later so you can get yours back.
