i want to know if these information is True or False ?

about IELTS

* Applicants before 10 of April can write a letter to Visa Office and the Visa Office can give them a chance to send the IELTS Certificate

*Applicants after 10 of April and befor 26 of June must send IELTS certificate to Visa Office and not allowed to postpone it after the 120 Days and the Visa Office will not give a chance after 120 Days is finished to send the IELTS certificate .

* Applicants after 26 June must send IELTS certificate with 1st Application to CIO .
Is this true or false ?

*Applicants after 10 of April and befor 26 of June must send IELTS certificate to Visa Office and not allowed to postpone it after the 120 Days and the Visa Office will not give a chance after 120 Days is finished to send the IELTS certificate . TRUE

* Applicants after 26 June must send IELTS certificate with 1st Application to CIO .
Is this true or false ? TRUE
