Montreal CIC - Processing Time

Hello,

Do you know how long it takes before receiving news after the file is transferred to the Montréal CIC office?
I don't have 1095 days, I am missing three months, three months during which I was working for the Immigration
Québec office outside Canada.

What is the next step in my case? Citizenship test, and then see a Citizenship judge? Or both at the same time?
Any idea about the processing time in the case where I need to see a Citizenship judge?
