can any one gauid me how can apply for monitoba pnp for bacholer engineering degree in environmental withe 2 years experiance?

It is spelled Manitoba and you can find it here: http://www2.immigratemanitoba.com/browse/howtoimmigrate/pnp/

Generally you need a job offer or family to sponsor you.
