Most large companies have notaries on staff.  And if you're driving around in Bay Area traffic for $5.00 .. that can't be very lucrative.

I choose to be a Notary to provide community service and not for profit. I donate part of my services to schools and scout. most of the time I work out a mutually convenient place and time. Many of the employees from larget companies still come to me as they find me most convenient, affordable and friendly! Thanks for your concern though!!
