It is a matter of common sense...bec fault is at their side so definattely they have to give you extra time if they dont send u back the documents within this period.

sethi sahab,

think what options do you have on you?

none, apart from e-mailing them and requesting for fresh medical forms. Also, mention the no of days deadline to be extended. Why do you want to wait for someone to reply on the forum when you dont have any options. You'll simply waste more time.

I am not an expert. I have learnt from www.cic.gc.ca, EG7, OP6 and this forum. Use these resources and take your decisions.

Sethi Sir,

I had the same problem on my medicals and wrote to the CIC sydney, australia and they asked me to use the one with the mistakes but they did tell me that they have  made a note of it in their system.

I have applied from NZ and my local visa office is in Sydney, OZ.  Do not worry too much, they can fix this easily.

Good wishes to you and your family

Have the DMP make the changes on the IMM 1017.

i have encountered the same problem. In our medical papers the marital status of my common law partner was wrong. I emailed the local visa office ... still waiting for their reply.
