Author Topic: mistake in CAIPS ???? guide me  (Read 1690 times)

I got my CAIPS  file today , but BRING FORWARD DATE [ ON THAT DAY VISA OFFICER IS LIKELY TO SEE MY FILE]  is 10-10-2020 !!!!!!!! that means  till i have to wait for 14 year???????????

One of my friend who filed with me , he also got the CAIPS file his bring forward date is 6-10 -2006

i think it is mistake or realy they have increased the processing period.

if it is mistake then what should i do?

please anybody , who is expert please  guide me , its realy serious matter
 
my case detail:
 
i got my filled no in july 2002

education master degree in science

age :34

experience: 10 years.

spouce : bachelor degree in science

blodd relation in  canada : no

I E L T S: I am going to appear in March 2006

till how long  i have to wait??????

The BF date is just a reminder that if nothing happens on the file that it should be brought forward to the officer.  The date would have more meaning if you had filed the application prior to December 2001.

I think the bf-date doesn't reflect the situation of the application , so there is no reason to be worried

 What does it mean?The date would have more meaning if you had filed the application prior to December 2001.
 You want to say that we should wait till 2010? so what is Rasoolzade class action? the deadline for 2001 is 2008
