Missing document - Proof of Funds

Dear Senior members,

I applied through a consultant from Dubai, my VO is London and  my full/final documents are sent to London VO on 17-Sept-2010.

And recently i came to know that my Original "Proof of Funds" were not sent to VO London coz my consultant he miss placed somewhere else and they did not find and they sent my full documents without "Proof of Funds".

now in ECASE status my status changed to "In Process" without getting 2nd AOR.

And again I gave a new set of original Proof of Funds to my consultant few days back and this time they sent it London VO. (I hope they sent it).


guys is this really a problem sending full documents without POF?

any suggestions are highly appreciated.

If the POF document is requested then they most certainly need it.

First thing you can do is to sack that consultant, not only he misplaced your POF, but also sent docs without an important document, in other words, he's not trying to assist you but instead destroying your wishes mate.

The other thing that you can do is, email CHC and explain them honestly what had happened and also state that you have sent one already, if possible; send the old one as well so CHC knows that it wasn't a trick and actually you had money in your account.

Unless you send this document ASAP and before a decision is made, your app will be rejected.

its already reached CHC London office, and my doubt is my status changed to in process, that means they opened my file (i think) & start the process but my POF were not there in my file, how chances are there to reject my file?? or is there any chances to send another request for POF along with 2nd file number??.

friends i am really in a deep trouble now, how can i come out of this?
