Hi everyone,
I have several questions about sponsor my family.
we try to gather documents for sponsorship. We both live in canada. He is citizen and I have a visitor visa.
1) we dont have certificate of divorce. Sad My husband  didnt see his exwife for 3 year (she lives in another country) and we think she got divorce sertificate without him. How can we explain the situation to cic and what should we expect?
or can we apply to the sponsorship as common-low partners and not to indicate that we married now or with additional explanation that we are married and why we dont have divorce certificate with ex-wife..
2) Im 4 weeks pregnant . How it can helps in our situation and What should I do with my medical exam?
thanks

1. How did you and your husband get married if he didn't present a divorce decree from his previous marriage?  Are you certain your marriage is legal?  If you are, then you need to find out how he was able to prove he was legally able to marry you.

2. No, you MAY not apply as common-law when you are (supposedly) legally married.  Aside from the fact that you are withholding material information, you are also misrepresenting yourselves.
