hello, i'm a tfw working as a nurse in a hospital here in canada for about five months.. last month my longtime boyfriend and fiancee visit me here through a visitor's visa and we got married before he went back to the Philippines.. we miss each other so much and i want him here with me.. is it possible even though i'm not permanent resident here? can i apply a trv for him?

He has to apply for the TRV, with proof of the marriage, proof of your status in Canada, proof of funds to maintain him.

thanks PMM, but what is the chance that it will be granted? i've read from other topics here that applications of their spouse for trv were rejected.. my husband is a fresh graduate of electrical engineering and he has no property or even job yet.. and now that he has a wife here im afraid he will be suspected to overstay..
