Hi all,

I missed the deadlines of sending the passport to the embassy to stamp my temp visa to go to Canada for landing, and i got a rejection letter that i am not eligible for immigration becuase i didnt send my passport?

My question is there a way to revive my application and how ? or is it closed for good and i need to go the whole process again?

Thanks

Dear laith,

It only depends on the reasons behind rejection. I suggest you refer to OP21 guide for Appeals. Here is the link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/resources/manuals/op/op21-eng.pdf

If you were not responsible for the delay, like a mail delay kind of thing, then CIC should accept it. Anyway, go thru this guide and you might consult a trusted immigration lawyer if you believe you have a case.

Good luck,

Cheers
