Buffalo called my home yesterday while I was at work.  The woman didn't leave her name or a phone number, simply a fax and a request.  She needed paperwork that was submitted with my application.  I hope they have the rest of the paperwork I submitted.   Shocked I sent the requested documentation via fax as per her request and asked that the receiver confirms receipt with me via telephone or email.  She said she was trying to finalize my file in the message - so I take that as a GOOD sign.   Grin

At least you know they are looking at your file lol! It has been 7 months so I take this as a good sign for you too

So they misplaced something and it takes them this long to ask you for it even after you paid your RPRF soong ago Arghhh. Frustrating!  At least you know they're ready to finish it up.  Fingers crossed for the next couple of days Smiley
