question guys... please help
i feel some hesitance in submitting our application now.
it wasn't indicated in my refusal letter before if i'm inadmissible or not.
not even did it mention that i need to wait for 2 years time before i re-apply...
but it says there fraud since i had problems with misrepresented letterhead of my COE...
what will i do? should i take the risk?
seniors? anyone? help please?

i applied october 2009...
i received refusal letter may 2010...
final decision september 2010...
my CLP will apply as the principal applicant
will it have any effect on our new application? this time, I will be the CLP?
