well, since you are pre 28 Feb, then, you have to wait more. as far I know the duration set is 48 months and you are yet at 37, hence expect at least a year to get your file moving on.

Dear Saber,

If the embassy have told you that it will take you up to 57 months to process your application, then, you need only to wait.

OR, you can file new application as your NOC 7312 is still part of the current 29 NOC. If you can submit new application now, it will be processed much faster, maybe within 13-18 months (Morocco Canadian embassy average time is 11 months) , you get the visa.

Yes, and 7312 is listed as part of the 29 NOC, and I understood you applied under that NOC before.

You are welcome saber. I see that mechanics are also fall under 7312 so you can submit. I suggest you do this and hopefully in a year or little more you get your visa.
