Mis interpreted Need to correct my AINP application. How to do that?

Hi,
I applied for AINP under US h1b program, on March30,2009 under programmer analyst catogery. (2173)
I have not received any file number yet.
I interpreted a question on AINP009,partB wrongly and need to correct it now? Any advice on how to do that.
I said NO to a question asking Have you/any dependent already applied to CIC for permenent immigration?(text in actual application is different)
History is, during 2007 I applied to FSW PR but my application along with the fee was sent back to me saying that I sent them a wrong application, requesting to send them a correct form. I did not send/reapply after that. So interpreted this as NO to AINP009 partBquestion.
I am not sure if this is correct. And want to resend the form again. Not sure how to do? Any advice on this will be appreciated.
I already sent an email to the email address given in AINP009 form about this mis interpretation. But since I was not given any filenumber yet, I am not sure how they can attach this to my application.

Sent them an email explaining the situation and attach any fixes. They will find your file and add the new information based on your name.
