If I enter Canada using a work permit (intra-company transferee), is there a minimum number of hours I need to work for me to keep the permit active? Why I ask is for a H1B work visa in the US, you need to be working full-time or 40 hours per week to keep it active. Is there any similar rule in Canada for the work visa? During the initial few weeks/months of my Canadian work visa, I would be making frequent short trips, before relocating there for a longer duration later on. So I was wondering if that would be acceptable.
