Minimum hour for full time in Vancouver

I still don't understand for full time is mean how many hour a week? I used to work 40 hours a week before but during kid summer vacation, my employer said they don't need me work for 40 hours and I can work 30 hours a week. I wonder will that affect my LCp program?
