Hi All,
I want to know how much minimum funds required for a family with 2 adults and 3 kids to mention in application form?
Along with cash in bank , can I also mention property value that I own?

I think where one can add property value is different for each visa office. You should check appendix A of your visa office.
If you mention property value, you might have to get it appraised for showing proof of fund if you don't have official value of it (I could be wrong about this one).

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

You will need $22,831 CAD for your family of five. Some Offices accept property... you should check your local office guide.
For example the Buffalo guide says:
"Funds:
Indicate the amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have. This amount can include the value of any property that you own, but should not include jewellery, cars or other personal assets."

Regards.
