hi can any one help me deciper this form?
The supplementary form i recieved from canadain high comission islamabad says : All immigration applicants must submit official military service completion or exemption certificates. I have never served in any sort of military service does this apply to me?
Also it says please explain if your answer is no..whats there to explain? Military service is not mandatory here.

Yes as you did not serve in the military you have to say Not applicable.
You mentioned the answer - Military service is not mandatory in Pakistan.
