dear friends
i have received my medical forms just today, but along them i hav ealso received another letter mentioning the reqyuirement of some forms again , and among them the officer has written Military Documentation.
what does it ecactly mean and what should i provide regarding this?

If you have worked in military you would have to send  it, otherwise it is not meant fr you.

Copies of the following:
1. Ur Discharge Certificate, or Discharge Book [first 3 & last 4 pages, depending on nationality];
2. Most recent Part-II orders;
3. Overseas Military TD notifications, if any;
4. Explanation on ACA duties [Aid to Civil Authorities];
5. Initiating, signing & returning the Military Questionnaire [CIC sends it].
