Hi I just got few questions....

 - Is it true that the person who is sponsoring from Saskatchewan (SINP), once the they arrived in saskatchewan they have to live there permanently if they move to other province the person who sponsor he/she can not sponsor anybody in his rest of the life?

 - or how long would the new immigrants have to minimum live in saskatchewan before they can migratate to another province?

Thats right. I emailed to Saskatchewan Immigration and they replied by saying same thing. Here is their reply:

The intent of the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program is for foreign nationals that want to live and work in Saskatchewan on a permanent basis. When a principal applicant receives there permanent residency from the federal government they have the right to live and work in any province.

But somebody told me that when you apply you signed a form that the person who is coming he/she has to live there permanently if they move from there, then the person who sponsor he/she can't apply anyone anynmore from any part of canads. basically he/she will suffer consequences.  IS IT TRUE?

No not at all once you have landed you have free will to move to where ever you like in Canada.Nobody can tell you that you must live permant in once place that would be crazy. If your life fell apart in a province and you had a great opportunity in another province i dont think anyone would say no especially the government. They want you working thats how they make money. So if working and paying taxes means going to another province they would never say no.

I think it depends on the program.  A Provincial Nominee program is different.  It actually asks you to stay for a period of 1 year before moving to other province.  And even so, the sponsor gets asked where his/her previous nominee is.  If it happens too frequently that the nominees moves within a year, the immigration may disallow them to sponsor anybody else.

Yes they may ask you to stay but they cant force you to stay.If you cant find a job or find affordable living in the province you are in there is nobody that is going to say you must stay.I dont care what kind of program you are in.Yes it may effect other sponsors to the nominee but it still has no effect on the OP.

I agree to jancath410, If you are under Provincial Nominee as per agreement you have to stay at least 1 or 2 yrs otherwise you may face a consequenses neither the sponsor. But if you are landed under Skilled worker or spouse/dependent sponsorship, canadian experience class etc... you are free to move anywhere in Canada.
