HI,My name is Mr.Bishnu Hari Pantha.I'm from Nepal.I have passed Bachelors of Business Studies fro Nepal University.I'm now in Australia for last 4 years.I have passed Diploma in Hospitality manage and certificate III in commercial cookery from Sydney Australia.My IELTS scores are- Listenning-7.5,writing-7,speaking-7,reading-6.5.I have 1.5 years of work experience as a cook in Sydney's one of the busiest restaurant.I want to migrate to Canada,I don't mind any territorry of Canada.If you know any possibility for me to migrate canada,please help me providing the ideas.Thank you.

Looks like you could qualify for a application under the Federal Skilled Worker program as a Cook or Chef..

Try googling new canadian immigration program changes to see who the Federal Skilled Worker program works.
